Had a great stay for 1 night at the W Hotel - reception were lovely, super friendly and gave me a complimentary upgrade [which as always was a lovely surprise]||The hotel was quiet; bed super comfy - I slept well.||Breakfast the next morning was very delicious.||Would stay here again

This a a good W to stay at Expect the luxurious modern rooms My suite was well equipped and roomy. Pool staff is remarkable. And reception is always there to help with a smile. We really enjoyed this location

Our stay at W Hollywood was awesome. Trish and everyone at the front desk was really helpful and she assisted us very well. All of the staff were very nice and friendly. They made the experience a whole lot better and enjoyable. The room was also excellent, it was close to everything. There is also an awesome restaurants close by which are walkable.

This W hotel layout atmosphere is very posh spice vibes , staff are good Here , has a restaurant, bar ,pool 🍸....... rooms are luxurious type , some rooms have balconies while most don't, ....the pool atmosphere is like one of the best here outside of the sandbourne hotel in SM ..the pool here has cabana rentals ,lounge chairs, pool bar 🍸 pool dj 🎧💿🎵..... ( this pool layout is the closest I could find so far in the los Angeles area that reminds me of GTAV Dimond casino rooftop pool atmosphere 😀) ...... its LGTBQ, pet, kid friendly here..... its hotel location is key on the Hollywood walk of fame just above the LA metro sation of Hollywood/vine ....yes it has valet car parking....included for the destination fee the hotel offers tickets to museums and Hollywood merchandise etc .....as for bike rentals thier is NONE anymore trust me i was very disappointed about No bike rentals anymore ,hopefully they will reconsider bringing them back cause I love hotels with both pool and bike rentals on site like the sandbourne in Santa Monica...... otherwise rest of the hotel i love ❤️

I’ve not had such great service in a hotel for a long time if not ever. Every request was answered with a joyful yes! The restaurant staff were super efficient and kind and every meal was excellent. The $25/per day food/beverage credit was an excellent way for the staff to get to know you. We may not have eaten at the hotel but happy we did as every meal was incredibly tasty!! The front door staff always had a smile & a welcome back. The front desk folks were very accommodating even giving us a 2:00 pm late check out as we had an evening flight back to Canada. The rooms were great and the beds/pillows extremely comfy. The gym and public areas were clean and well maintained. The lounge, outdoor patio & cute little restaurant were really cozy and well designed. The location was good and close to lots of things including Trader Joes. I would definitely stay here again!

If you judge a hotel by it's service and how they respond when issues come up the Nick the GM here and his team are set up great. Overall had a lovely experience before any issues came up then a few issues came up that weren't handled in the way you'd expect at a W hotel but after speaking to Nick I understand what was going on and what is being done so other guests don't encounter the same issues and that is what matters to me the most. Overall a beautiful hotel, great location and great food.

I had a casual business meeting with colleagues at the W. The valet attendants were courteous and friendly even though I pulled in with a nearly 20 year old car that has seen better days. The lobby and bar lounge were very well kept and beautifully arranged. There was more than enough seating available. The only thing I wish was better was the service coming from the bar. We sat at one of the tables not far from the bar. They must have been short staffed because it must have been 10+ minutes before someone came over to take our order. That was after we went to the bar to try and get drinks. Delivery of the drinks also took longer than expected. The second round of drinks took a while to order and even longer for them to arrive. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant. I think they just needed 1 or 2 more people working the area. I would visit again because of the location and ambiance. But I hope the experience for getting drinks will be better.

Great location for enjoying the show in Pantage Theater . Will come again next time.
